How are students graded?
At this time homework and quizzes/tests are each 50% of the grade. Homework is worth 5 points- Each of the following earns one point: *first and last name *date, class period, and assignment *all problems completed *work shown and answers justified *neat enough
Is late work accepted?
Work is accepted one day late for 1 point less than the assignment would have earned if graded on time.
What are expectations for student behavior?
Students are expected to arrive on time and ready to learn. Behaviors that interfere with learning are not acceptable. If these behaviors occur, I will first discuss the situation with the student. If behaviors don't improve, parents will be contacted to discuss a plan for improvement.
